Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
Pepvee ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the following business day. Orders placed before 12pm PT typically ship the same business day.
Shipping Methods
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days
- Overnight shipping: available at checkout for time-sensitive research needs
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders over $250. Orders below $250 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Cold-Chain Handling
Temperature-sensitive products are packaged with cold-chain materials (ice packs or gel packs) selected for the product's stability profile and transit time. Packaging is designed to maintain appropriate temperature for the expected transit window.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once the carrier picks up your order. Tracking is typically available within 24 hours of the shipment being collected.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, arrives in a condition that suggests a temperature excursion, or does not arrive by the carrier's expected date, contact support@pepvee.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will work with you on replacement or resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pepvee is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secured research facility or reception address.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping insurance is included at no additional cost on standard shipments.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Pepvee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Address changes after shipment are not always possible.
